This residence is building new retaining walls at the front of the property that are more than 4 feet high without a permit. I was unable to find one in your records. They are cutting retaining wall pavers without a wet saw, launching concrete dust in the air just steps away from West Woodland elementary school playfield. I have video of this happening today.Additionally I could not find a single permit for work on this house and there has been a lot of construction going on since the fall
