From what I can see of public records, the owner of this building does not appear to have a rental permit. There are definitely tenants on site. This is a very old building and I am concerned that there might not have been a thorough inspection of the entire property. Possible safety concerns include general stability and old wiring.

Observed extensive interior remodel, backyard regrading, and basement/garage conversion into ADU or other habitable space. Property was previously commercial site and most recent permits on file are for teardown and redevelopment, but nothing relevant to current use and projects.
