An automobile with a modified exhaust system parks daily under my bedroom window. The operator "revvs" the engine 3 or 4 times producing noise akin to an explosion and allows the vehicle to idle producing fumes that enter my dwelling. After about 4-5 minuted the vehicle leaves the parking space, driving away making the same noises.
