My landlord has created unsafe living conditions for me. The water does not run in this house. He has just raised the utilities bill from $300 to $900, with myself and the other two tenants splitting that $900 to pay an extra $300 each. He is claiming we have used too much water. There is not water to use. The shower doesn't turn on often and if it does, it turns off in a minute or so.The landlord also has sex with one of the tenants. I have heard it, unfortunately. Per online: The house is leaking sewage not only into the house, but into the neighboring yard as well. There is black mold growing up the side of it. There are cracks in the foundation and rats are seen outside of the house.
