(I believe this inspection is as a result of Jet investigation)

Are setbacks per project #6182842. There are also safety concerns at the site. Walls for the structure are being built and perched up and not fastened properly. One of the walls at the rear of the building fell down this morning over the alley and up to the property line of an adj lot. Also, about 2 weeks ago, one of the workers dropped a large construction tool box off the building that could have seriously injured someone. Construction work outside of the scope of what it was permitted. He gave me no other details except he want to know what is going on over at the site.***Per 10/3/11 conversation with complainant: there is a problem with the concrete pour and vertical cuts/shoring adjacent to the alley on the east side of the project addressed as 5518 Roosevelt Way NE (Permit 6182842) & 1011 NE 56th St (Permit 6214713).
