Subsequent to that determination, the developer brought another non-arborist and made further cuts to old growth trees in this environmentally sensitive lot. Please return for reinvestigation. Per Online; This new homeowner is in violation of the tree protection code. They are planning to flip the house and have been cutting down numerous old growth trees on the property that are supporting the hillside. I believe a neighbor had filed a complaint and they were told an arborist needed to come out.
