Per Online; A complaint was made back in March 2020 (002442-20CP). You've completed the investigation and found that there was a violation that should be fined. Subsequent to that determination, the developer brought another non-arborist and made further cuts to old growth trees in this environmentally sensitive lot. Please return for reinvestigation. It is obvious where the new cuts were made because the trimmed trunk chunks and branches on the ground are an entirely differen

Per Online; This new homeowner is in violation of the tree protection code. They are planning to flip the house and have been cutting down numerous old growth trees on the property that are supporting the hillside. I believe a neighbor had filed a complaint and they were told an arborist needed to come out.
