Caller is a tenant who has questions about whether the landlord can change the terms of the lease in the midst of the lease agreement. When originally moving in, the tenants negotiated that 6 adults and 1 child could reside on the premises. Landlord is now attempting to change the terms of the lease (limiting the allowed number of adults).
