Per Online; There is no running hot water in my building. Landlord was notified on Jan 3, and they responded with receipt of notification on Jan 4. Since then, there has been zero resolution to this issue.

I notified my landlord on Jan 2 that my apartment has no hot water. It is now Jan 7 and there is still no hot water or any expected date for repair. Multiple units are affected. On a separate note, they also haven't provided me with a working mailbox key and it's been over a month since I've moved in.
