Per Online; This is a general complaint about these efficiency units. They are great for density but are not ADA compliant with federal laws and on two occasions I have been told to walk myself three floors to ambulance because stretcher couldn't navigate the stairs. Elevators is a dangerous omission for 5 story building like ours for 1990 ada law as well as revised 2010 law. Its dangerous to even have the paramedic to have me walk three flights of stairs and can't see ahead o

Exterior staircase used for access is unsafe - located south side of house - 2.5 ft handrail, door accessing is 5'3" high. A S.U. student fell and died over the weekend. Tenant in that unit has been cooperative. Please call complainant for details. See attached.

Water pipe leaks when shower is on. Water damage to bathroom floor, wood is soft, linoleum coming up, mold. Water has leaked all the way thru to the basement. Basement ceiling wet and moldy.
