This property was purchased a few months ago. They have received permits for a renovation, which they started right away. Rather than filling a dumpster with construction materials, for months, they have been filling the back yard -- insulation, construction materials, trash bags, garbage, etc. I'm concerned that these products are soaking into ground water, and pose a threat to animals.
