PER CSB: Thanks . Behind the following addresses in the alley: 5543, 5555, 5561, 5565-21st Ave S and behind 5574, 5554- 20 Ave S. Laurels , trees and hedges are let grow to impair driving down alley, especially when towing. Only leaves are trimmed if anything, not branches so plants encroach more every day, and scratch vehicle. Please ensure property owners meet their responsibility to maintain the right of way and the plants they've added. Appreciated

Per online: Illegal rental unit. House has been divided with two separate kitchens and living units with entrances. Owner does not live on property. There is one kitchen at the front of the house in a former bedroom, and the original kitchen at the back. There may be more units in the basement.
