Issues with landlord, new management company bought building. Tenant had credit of one month's rent but new owners have not honored this and have not communicated with tenant. Tenant is also trying to list property on the market as was communicated with previous landlord, but new management has not communicated with tenant, so tenant is in limbo during this time. I live across from the apartments and 2 of the lights shine brightly into my bedroom. I contacted the property manager of the apartments and they stated that their insurance company required them to replace their old security lights. I asked if they could lower the lights and the property manager said they couldn't lower

SR #25-00111080Unauthorized EncampmentI know there are much worse problems, but I am pointing this person out because he camps under and entrway directly near the doorway of Elikai Apartments. He is there from apx 9 pm at night until about 10 -11 am in the morning. At night he yells, takes off his clothes throws things and plays music (3 am). I the morning he sets up boxes to dress.
