Black toxic mold in the bathroom, on the walls & floors through out the apartment.Water quality issues as well, insists the manager is poisoning the water. **When calling please have them go get her & not to page her since she is in an area that the speakers don't work.**(complainant insisted I specify black toxic mold & the poisoning of the water)
