Per online complaint "trailer, Lic #687Z0H has been parked & occupied since Jan, just off the alley between 45th & 46th. Three people were living in the trailer, they dissappeared & now several odd characters reside there. Yesterday, two men from the trailer yelled at me. that trailer shouldn't be there, zoned for 1" I spoke to complainant can view from public right-of-way.
