Per Online: New owners have been doing a lot of renovation on this property. I'm concerned that they have not got permits to do the remodeling work. lots of changes to plumbing, electrical and more. The upstairs has been gutted.

PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: This property is an illegal apartment. Frequently as renters move they leave belongings on the street chairs, mattresses, bed frames, etc. I pick it up repeatedly and have actually paid to take it to the dump myself. Please pick it up and force this to stop. thank you***(HZT NOTES: Code Compliance Report list "Property Name" as "SFR - Rooming House."
