Previous mold infestation and water damage. Both tenant/landlord agreed it was uninhabitable, landlord initially agreed to pay for hotel. Then told them to file with renters insurance, not covered. Seeking rent abatement for entire time she was displaced. Also received lease renewal, which includes rent increase. Was not received as separate notice.
