The units don't have a separate room for the toilet. The actual toilette it's open with the rest of the microstudio which by federal law it's illegal. On top of that the landlord utilize abusive practices and kept $830 out of my security deposit without proof of materials and invoices after I returned the unit immaculate condition and have a video to proof this. When I first rented the unit I had mold due and fixed it myself out of my own pocket and they dared to say I destroyed the property. F
