No heat per SPD. SPD responded to this house because the neighbor complained they are stealing their firewood to heat the home. The tenant who answered the door, Gayle Costello, said that they just had an electric space heater for heat and a woodburing stove. Boarding house w/ about 7 people living there. NOTE: SPD has been called out to this house for mulitple tenant disputes, and will accompany inspector if requested. Please follow-up w/ Ann Martin after inspection.

No water since July 16th in this boarding house. Six tenants live at this house. NOTE: Onsite manager told the complainant to leave after a noise disagreement, then complainant decided to file complaint. Onsite manager (Angel Smith) lives at property but complainant did not have her phone number.
