This is an Apodment building and they currently have a large sign on the side of the building on 17th advertising their units as "apartments". My knowledge of what is required to legally advertise a unit as an apartment in Seattle requires an in-unit kitchen, which these units do not have.

The project documents also appears to include wave bike racks, which aren't permitted by SDOT.***Per permit 6470862?***
