Had tenant who signed a lease from 3/12 to 6/12. Tenant terminated lease early due to sugar ants in unit. Moved out 4/30. Landlord is withholding security deposit due to early termination. Tenant is now asking for security deposit. Landlord would like to know landlord rights in this situation and if she is obligated to return.
