Per Online; The basement bedroom i rented has no egress. No windows open all the way to allow for safe exit. All windows are over 50" from the ground.My only point of exit in an emergency would be to go up stairs or across the house to the garage and pray the opener still worked.The house had been a fire hazard due to hoarding by the other people renting rooms. The landlord failed to take action when notified.They rent 3 separate rooms to 3 separate people. They will try

Resident, James Steadman, has had a non-running vehicle parked for over a month. It is a gray Volvo with the license plates removed. The plates were Montana issued, numbered 4-88817B and had tabs that expired 11/19. Photos are attached but unclear if they actually have been uploaded.
