Per online: "Outdoor storage of junk, paint cans, broken plastic bags of food on ground. No compost container. Therefore, the occupants are leaving food trash on bare ground. Substandard rental housing conditions, possible illegal units or number of tenants."

PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: Outdoor storage of junk. Old Paint cans under outdoor staircase, used slate & glue debris in improper recycling container, garbage strewn around property. Old food debris all over ground. Owner and manager do not have proper size debris containers for the numerous students to which they are renting.
