Per Online; Construction project fails to protect tall trees on the north corner of the lot. There is no fenced tree protection zone and there is serious disturbance of the soil and exposure of the roots of the neighboring Norway Spruce. This tall spruce is a favorite perch for neighborhood resident bald eagles and there are concerns, based on the arborists report, that failure to maintain a tree protection zone puts this tree at high risk.Construction Permit Record Number
