Per online complaint "On thurs last week, I no longer had hot water at the apartment upstairs at 5619 1/2 16th ave ne in Seattle and still don't. I have signed lease to rent the property of the upstairs apartment. The bank owns the house and I am to move out by Oct 7th but I need the hot water fixed."
