Notice of Violation: Construction
Opened November 26, 2019 · Updated November 25, 2019
CONSTRUCTION--per online--This concerns the lower restaurant/commercial unit. The zone this space is in is residential, and over the years the building owners began illegally building and modifying the building. The original building is a restaurant space with a large patio. The owners put a white canvas tent and over the years have continued to build on top of the tent. They now put metal roofing on top of the canvas tent - which I believe to be a violation and huge public
