During my walk through inspection in July 2025, I identified yellow stains that looked like moisture on the ceiling of my kitchen. I have video footage of these photos during my walk through inspection prior to moving in. Management and maintenance never investigated it. January 2026, the yellow ceiling stains were very big and looked wet (touching it was also very wet) so I submitted a maintenance request. On 2/3, they hired drywall company to start removing the affected wall and ceiling. The
