per online: High (c. 10')rock wall adjacent to sidewalk is loosely covered with chain link fence fabric and is posted with signs that say rockery is under repair, has loose rocks, and touching or climbing may result in injuries which owner is not responsible for. There is no evidence of any repairs being made.Does this 10 ft rock wall adjacent to the sidewalk pose an imminent danger to the public?? (HCO?)
