Smoke damage from the fire in Ballard that occurred on October 7th, my unit has not been livable. I have filed a renters insurance claim and all my items have or are in the process of being removed from the unit for restoration. The landlord was notified by me on October 7th and has been updated throughout. I have asked to end my lease early as they only had a cleaning service come and do a general clean of the unit on Tuesday October 22nd. What I have read in Washington Stat
