Bathroom and laundry room often smell of raw sewage. I've told my landlord several times and no remedy has been made. I also suspect my unit was damaged by smoke from a nearby unit fire but that was not disclosed to me

The walls and ceilings have no padding. I can hear noise from my upstairs and downstairs neighbors as if they were in the room with me. Noise from the hallway is also loud and clear. The windows in the living room and bedrooms are not sealed properly,y resulting in mold (some of it black) growth.
