There is an Environmentall Critical Area between my house and the one that sits behind it. There have been a few times when I have found my neighbor spraying what he admitted was weed killer into the growth within this ECA. I'm concerned because there's a small creek that runs through this area, and I'm sure the weed killer is getting into this water and draining down into the Duwamish.
