Per online complaint: "Landslide There is a landslide hazard on the embankment facing the sidewalk. The earth is held up with a water soaked piece of wood and some plastic buckets. At some point the concrete wall must have given way and been removed but the temporary solution has been in place for more than a year."it's a non ECA site, we asked for more specific questions and the complainant didn't answer, just sent some pictures that we couldn't really tell
