After 5 months of dealing with flooding, black mold sewage back up, I will be moving out. Most of the issues have been addressed however, the black mold was not removed, the owner applied what was called mold killer. There are still some repairs needed. During the 5 months span, I continued to pay full rent and was never offered any compensation or rent discount. I asked the owner about what I'm owed, she offered a one time payment of $500.00.
