Tenants lease expires 9/15/2026. Tenant is on a 122month lease. Landlord is telling tenant that she needs to do a 6month lease now without a rent increase. In the past tenant has been getting 12months. Would like to know rights, is this allowed? Never done this before. Been going back and forth since March of this year. No response as to why

There a problem with no hot water in this unit and an unknown number of neighbors (possibly the entire top two floors, a few dozen units) for a month. The boiler broke and needed repairs, and then a pump that got hot water higher up in the building was never correctly fixed. Sometimes there is hot water after wasting hundreds of gallons to flush the system, but it is not timely and can take over 5 minutes of high flow. Hello, I speak on behalf of Soren Apartments at 5711 24th Ave NW. This report is regarding one of the units in our building. The unit has street access on the south side of the building.I would like to report a massage parlor business that is an illegal business running a store front out of our apartment building.
