Per Online; The single family zone home at 5723 SW Stevens St, Seattle WA 98116, is operated as a preschool hosting 10-15 children with several employees. Nobody lives in the home, only a daycare business. The home is not occupied as a single family home, and is in breach of zoning rules, lack of Certificate of Occupancy for child care and fire code. The preschool is not licensed by Department of Children. As a neighbor, we believe this could be very dangerous.
