Per online complaint: "We, the tenants, Anna McClendon & Chenying Yang, reported that our heater was broken to our landlord on September 22nd. The heater is still broken. Repairs were scheduled for this past Friday (Oct 9th), and the owners canceled repairs until further notice. There are no current plans for repair."
