per CSB complaint: Thishas been a public eyesore for a number of months? the construction workers are dumping garbage in their front yard and it is dangerous because it is an attraction for children to explore. There's also garbage inthe planting strip which is public property and it also blows onto the street.(construction w/o permit) Also Zoning SR#580437/24/15: recvd msg that work included: house gutted, new windows, roof & garage door
