Per CSC: "Cafe-Racer - Residential zoning area but has live music, alcohol, and is not zoned properly. Live bands w/guitars & amplified sound at least 3 times per week, especially weekends. Music doesn't stop at 10pm (goes until 1pm). A-frame signs advertise colde beer.
