The issue is the exterior noise from The Hall on Occidental restaurant, located at 589 Occidental Ave South. The Hall installed a speaker on the exterior wall of the Gridiron Condominium building facing east (towards Lumen Field). Music is coming from the speaker during day and night which is incredibly loud, though I have not checked the actual decibel level.
