I'm being retaliatedagainst for filing acomplaint for repairs. I've gottentwo 14-day notices,one says I owe$5000.00 in backrent. Which is impossible becauseI have a zero paycontract with SHA.Management hasaccused me ofsmoking in myunit, and I don'tsmoke. I've beenovercharged $160.00 per monthlast year, when Ipay zero. What aremy rights?
