This property has several large, dead trees. Last winter a minor storm cause a large branch to break off and crash onto the sidewalk, just a few seconds after we walked by.

Per Online; The former garage appears to be remodeled into a small backyard home. I don't see any permits on file. I'm concerned about them tapping into water and sewer without an inspection. Is the electricity safe?

There has been extensive recent construction on a garage structure on this property, walls have been insulated, sheetrock, and the main garage door was framed over with 2x6" studs. The garage door has been covered with plywood in the photo, which was taken Saturday morning after I observed the 2x6" stud framing across the doorway on Friday. From all appearances, this looks like conversion to a residential structure. I do not see a permit on file for any of this work at this

NS inspected the property on 11/3/08- inspection shows outdoor junk storage including, but not limited to, the buckets of paint, pile of wood and misc. debris, book shelf and pile of shingles.

Per on line complaint, outdoor storage of junk - debris, garbage, packing materials thrown about, open paint cans, shingles and what appears to be old wood. All thrown behind a shed and shrubs on the west end, viewable in the alley between 41st and 42nd Ave. Unsecured garbage is left laying in alley after windy day.
