Repeated instances of excessive noise. Unit C has a DJ booth with speakers and a microphone set up in the garage and regularly holds events with very loud music and karaoke. People come and go and the party spills into the alley. Noise can be heard in adjacent apartment building interior. SPD called over ten times to report noise complaints with no resolution.
