There was a leak in unit cut through the walls found black mold. Mgmt came to fix, was not done correctly or by a professional. Tenant had to move out due to issue being very bad and horrible smell. Tenant paid rent elsewhere from Oct 2022 to January 2023. Moved all things out because mold was so bad. When tenant moved back in with all belongings mold was so was growing on personal items dishes etc. This is not acceptable tenant moving back out. What are rights?
