Company leaving construction equipment in adjacent street right-of-ways. Excavator in a planting strip by the alley on SW Raymond Street. Boom lift parked in the parking strip on SW Raymond near 42nd Ave SW. For lift on 42nd Ave SW at Raymond. No construction staging permits for these areas. Boom lift has been there for 2.5 months (never moved). Forklift has been there over a month (never moved, not being used). Excavator has been there two days, also not being used.

contractor has had SW Raymond street shut down completely for over a week, they are blocking the sidewalk on both sides of the street, basically making it impossible to walk, and also parking vehicles and equipment on sidewalks. I don't see they have a street use permit for this?
