All building permits, plans, and occupancy records for the property listed abovefor the period July 1, 2024 - July 31, 2025, including basement modificationsand any additional bedrooms. There is illegal construction and room construction at this address and I lived here for 12 month's. For this reason, I want this address to be inspected and I want to check whether there is a permit for the two rooms and a bathroom built in the basement.

I have reason to believe that the basement at 5960 24th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98108 has been illegally converted into living space with two bedrooms and one bathroom without proper permits or approvals. The basement has significant mold and dampness, which have caused severe health issues for me, including frequent migraine attacks. All of my personal belongings have been damaged by mold.
