Per Online; Residents in Apt. 324 are disturbing other residents with extremely loud and constant video gaming. Today, the sound effects started at 5:48am and they are still being heard at 7:41pm. Repeated complaints have been filed with the Apt. Management. At times, the sound effects from video gaming has been known to continue overnight in the morning hours. My unit is on the 2nd floor, underneath 324.

Location: Canvas Apartments. Upstairs neighbor has been actively harassing me with egregiously loud noise during quiet hours for around 6 months, and management has done nothing to actually resolve the issue. I have documented complaints from over a year ago.
