On 2/16/2023 I reached out to report mold and water damage in my bedroom.I expressed concerns that this could be related to another leak I had for over a year that just stopped and never got fixed, while my upstairs neighbor's leak in the same area had been active past the time mine stopped.Someone did come out to check and he confirmed that there were issues from past water damage.He said he'd come back out to check water levels after it rained and then would fix the damage.Thi
