It is currently about 1230AM on Thursday May 16. On or near the intersection of E Howell St and Summit Ave, there is excessive mechanical/construction noise. This includes reversing vehicle alarm, loud saws, hydraulic lift sounds, banging, hammering, and audible yelling of workers. I recorded video of some of the hammering & yelling noise. There is a construction site at 500 E Howell St, but I can't determine if the cause is related to work on this site.
