Health Code Violation Complaint. Human Feces left in front of rental building. Problem: Landlord and property owner have not cleaned up feces in front of building, the most recent incident having occurred the sometime weekend of April 18-19. On Monday April 20 I sent the landlord a email with a picture, and it still has not been cleaned up as of today Thursday April 23. This is the 3rd incidence in the past 3 weeks of feces left outside on the front of the building. Previously, during the 1st

Per online complaint "There are two rotting, unlicensed trucks that have been parked on the property for at least 2 years, they are not in running condition & do not even have some of their wheels and tires. Its an eyesore and I have seen people sleeping in them, occasionally, over the years." I called to get more info. complainant stated vehicles are on the private property and can be viewed from the public alley behind this property.
