Per Online;The landlord, Bungalow Living Inc., constructed a fourth room in the house and is actively trying to rent the room. We, the current tenants, have noted that the room potentially does not comply with Washington Residential Code Section R310.2.1. The emergency escape and rescue openings in the room (windows) only measure about 16 inches in width when the requirement outlined in R310.2.1 states "...the net clear width shall be not less than 20 inches".
