Roof has hole in it - when it rains, water runs down living room wall into basement. Rear porch separating 4 1/2 inches from house - the awning above porch (also separating from house) has electrical wires attached to it (or near it?). Black mold in basement, probably due to moisture getting in through cracks in the foundation. Several windows are not openable. Complainant will be moving out at end of the month.
